Launched in 2009, the “What We’re Made Of” nutrition events allow McDonald’s Owner/Operators to engage parents and the public in an open dialogue about the quality and nutritional value of our products and the McDonald's® brand. The discussion empowers families with knowledge they can use to make food choices and arms parents with information about McDonald’s commitment to kids. Participants learn about the many options for balanced meals and interact one-on-one with local McDonald's.Owner/Operators, building trust in the brand. The “Farm Table” serves as the centerpiece of discussion for the Nutrition Program, which showcases the same fresh ingredients used in McDonald's.restaurants.
