  • Hourly Management

    Hourly managers who have successfully completed the first training class, Basic Shift Management (BSM), and who are full-time with open availability are eligible for all of the above plus: -Health Insurance (individual coverage, McDonald's pays 75%) -Paid Vacation (1 week) -Continued Management Development

  • Salaried Management

    Besides the increase in pay, Assistant Managers are eligible for Health Insurance coverage for their families (McDonald's pays 75%) - 2nd Assistant Managers are eligible for 2 weeks paid vacation - 1st Assistant Managers and General Managers are entitled to 3 weeks paid vacation - General Managers are eligible to participate in our Bonus Program, in which they can earn up to $15,000-$30,000 annually for meeting goals in Operations and Profit.
